Attention Vishal Gurung. The Head of Appellate who does not care! Dear Sirs, Little did I realize when taking a Reliance connection that I would be cheated by your Dealer, with a unit which has an IMEI number from Reliance & one for which Reliance refuses to accept responsibility. After taking rs 7, 000.00 from me the dealer has deposited only 1511 with your office & as a result my annual connection has benn discontinued after 3 months. Plus I am constantly harrassed for payment by your collection teams, where the left hand does not know what the right is doing. CC: Saurabh Kulshreshtha. You said that you were speaking to me on behalf of Vishal Gurung & that all would get resolved. All that has happened is that my connection no longer works & that I have been grossly handicapped in my International Dealings as I am totally dependent on internet communications for in touchness. NB: I have consistently requested the Appellate & all Reliance Personnel for reply in writing. This has never been received till date. All that takes place is ‘Talk & more Talk’ CC: Kirti bhai. A frustrated dealer who does not take my calls & as the ‘Parent Company’ does not care or support Dealers. CC: TRAI: Reliance ada does not care. Can you please advise as the Regulator, what does a customer do next? I have paid a charge of Rs 7, 000.00 for a unit whose MEID number belongs to reliance & which was activated by Reliance in August 2015. Image added.
The unit was sold to us with an annual plan by a sales representative Sunny Solanki, mob no: +[protected], who was accompanied by Pravin Sawant, Sales Manager Reliance Communications, Mob No: +[protected].
It is my understanding that both these gentlemen have collected money in the market, while they were carrying Units from Reliance & then duped Reliance. It is therefore my opinion that the cost of the fraud should be borne by Rreliance. For...
If he was no longer in your employ, how come this fraud was not detected at the time of activation. Obviously, your backend systems have accepted the chain of command & activated my unit. Please resolve this issue so that I am not harassed or inconvenienced further. My business has already sufferred loses on your account..
