[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wifi 3g -no coverage/speed and no response from Customer care | |||
Have got a Reliance wifi 3g dongle -No. [protected] in Feb'15. Supposed to have speed of 14.4mbps, but the actual speed it was working was less than 1mbps Since last month it was very slow, not even able to work at all. Have logged a complaint (No.[protected], was assured issue will be sorted in 3 days but till now not sorted. Wanted to discontinue the service, called their customer care "n" number of times, but absolutely no response.
