I wish to convey that again the device[wipod-[protected]] is not working and on checking it was showing data allotted has been exceeded. I am not clear about the plan which i am in now. I have been paying rs.861/- every month and unable to use the device for more than a week - getting message "data limit exceeded". I never faced such issues with previous dongle. Kindly clarify on the same. Also 3gb data was not at all used by me with in the short duration[24sep16 to 01oct16] as my consumption is very minimal. Kindly look in to my issues and address it immediately. As i said earlier, i am using it for my official purpose and it is affecting my performance to a great extent.
