For the last 5 year i am using the reliance wireless landline no[protected].

Now they have closed my line. I thought it is because topup is not done and i have credited my account with them with rs.221/-now they informed me to
Return my set to their office and get a new instrument and also get a new number. I went to their shop in kharghar and they told me that i have to pay
Rs.2000/ — .

I then requested them to cancel my line totally and refund the rs.221/ — i have
Paid and still showing in my account.

They refuse to do so, what shall i do now. I am a old persons aged 79.

I am the regular reliace landline holder. but since last 2 days reliance wireless landline has not working.
please guide. alsowe are not able to contact customer care as call got disconnect directly.

Kindly help on this.. Also we got news that reliance closed the Wireless Landline connection from 1st of NOV.kindly confirm on this
