[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wireline broadband internet connection service stoppage. | |||||
I have registered a telephonic complaint to reliance customer care on 11/05/2016 bearing complaint no.[protected] regarding stoppage of service. It was assured that the problem will be resolved in next 24 hrs. but, till date the problem has not been resolved and no communication regarding the same from Reliance Communication is done yet, even after complaining for several times regarding same issue. The problem has not occured for the first time and is been recurring every month or so. Moreover, every time the area is affected by lightning the connection stops and when enquired about this problem they communicate that the server has been broken down or is disfunctioning due to lightning and the problem persists as long as 15-20 days. This conversation surely implies that the products or materials used by the company to serve the customers are of degrading quality. Staff of customer care is arrogant to talk to and do not reply satisfactorily regarding the issues. I request that this complaint may be addressed seriously and strict actions are to be taken on the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
