[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Without informing us plan has been changed. | |||||
Hi While using 3g data card we are in a plan of 40gb @999. Customer care team confirmed that there will be no change in plan post migration of 4g. However without prior notice they changed the plan to [protected]@700. We do not wish this plan hence we are spending more amount. So we have to tried contact customer care support team over mail or phone to get back our previous plan 40gb @999 or disconnection.
