[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Without providing services asking payment | |||
Hi my dongle [protected] and it's CDMA technology.Your CDMA technology has been stopped on august according to you customer care, but after stopping I didn't get 4 g sim, even your store people and customer care executive didn't provide also didn't provide me.But without activation sim card am getting bill for last two month bill.How can I pay even I didn't get the sim card this is absolutely cheating..kindly provide proper solution meanwhile in august and September I called your askcustomer care to take surrender request several times even they didn't take.i have taken voice record of all the call.
