Reliance Communications — Worst broadband service | |||||
I've been using reliance broadband since past 3 months. I am facing a lot of stability issue with the Internet service. I have to launch a new complaint daily to reliance customer care and every day they will say that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. And no doubt the problem gets solved in 24 hours, but the network looses it's signal the 25th hour. And again the same process goes on and on and on.. in a month, they turn off the Internet at least 6-7 days and they don't even bother to give the waiver scheme. It is really frustrating that the Internet is getting disconnected every next day. Was this information helpful? | |||||
