If you would have called me at [protected] then surely it would have told you that services to this number are temporarily disabled...is it my fault? I contacted many time to customercare and visited reliance store...no one is resolving my issue...if there is no issue then why my services are disabled by reliance company...reliance company wants to expand its customer base by introducing jio services in market but they don't care of their existing customers. I also belong to service industry but I have not seen such worst service . As [protected] this number is given to everyone by me and I work in Punjab while my hometown is in haryana I am facing problems for last 3 months because of reliance company as my number is disabled. Everyone says your number is active then why I am not able to make call and why does it tell your services are temporarily disabled when anyone calls on my number [protected].tell clearly whether reliance company wants to start this number or not.
My alternative number are [protected] and [protected] ..both are active if you want to contact. Really this is my first experience with reliance and now I realize that I made mistake when I ported my number from tata CDMA to reliance. Tata was much much better than reliance in customer service.
