[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Worst customer Service : Reliance communication

Mobile No:[protected] (GSM) On 9th Septemebr-2014 Rs20 deducted from my account named as Hungama Subscription.I never activated any services. Then I called to customer care which is not toll free and chargeable as normal call rate.Their representative told me that it has been deducted wrongly and will be revert back in 48 hours.But it was not reverted during that time.Then I have called to customer care(Harassment) no on 12th Sep-14 to query the status but it all goes vain again.The representative neither knows English nor able to give me any solution to my issue.When they have option to choose English as the language then why support people could not speak in English .Your customer support service not free also and It has been charged as per the normal call rate.My call has been put on hold without informing me for 10 mins and it has been charged.Next day again I called to get my balance back but this time even worse.The customer representative without providing any solution or registering complaints 15 mins put on hold by just saying some word in between in their local language.What I could understand that they could not resolve it as it has been crossed 3days.I am following up for it for past 4 days.Is this the excuse for you?.So I have already spent around Rs20 from my balance for getting my Money of Rs20.I am sure they are doing this loot practice also before and will happen also in future.It is not possible for also to monitor our mobile balance always. My expectation 1.To get my money back including the charges for calling customer support no (RS40 total) 2.Harasment charges due to bad customer service 3.It should given assurance that it will not happen again
