[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong balance deduction from my main balance | |||
Wrongly fifteen rupees has been deducted from my main balance. I have made a local and my call duration was 29 seconds only at 12:30 pm on 18/10/2016. Whenever I asked the customer care representative about the a/m subject, they stated that it was an internation call and that's why your 15 rupees deducted. But I am 100% confirmed that it's not an internation call it's a national call and they have illegally 15 rupees deducted from my main balance. Was this information helpful? | |||
