Reliance Communications — Wrong balance deductions and idiotic resolutions

Hi This is Abdullah Khan From hyderabad and my Prepaid number is [protected]. I have been Using this number from many days but i frequently face trouble from the relaince due to unnecessary balance deductions.. After calling for 2- 3 hours they disabled my number and its now not getting connected to the customer care. then I called them from different number and registered the complaint. They deducted 55 rs from my account and today i recieved a message that the balace was deducted due to GPRS usage which i have not used. My service request number is SR[protected].. please look into this matter and do the refund of the amount and do the needful asap.. Thanks Regards, Abdullah Khan
