Reliance Communications — Wrong bill for the month of june 16

My reliance gsm mobile no.[protected]. my normally bill amt is rs. 1190/-, but this time its 4115.25/-, the extra amt is data and vas which is out of my knowledge and without informing me. please know as to why this charge is been levied on me. also my complaint i'd[protected] is closed without confirm me or we are not received any call from your side before closing raised request
