Reliance Communications — Wrong bill generated/about billing dispute | |||
Dear sir, I am sorry to say that i can't pay any amount raised by you. Due to following reason: 1.5th april 2016 i received a call from reliance executive to migrate your no.In cdma to gsm. 6th april 2016 i request for porting code and 8th april 2016 my cdma no. Is closed When i call reliance store for resuming gsm no. They told me after 2 -3 day your service will be resuming. 2. After 12th april 2016 he give me the chandigarh head office no. And told that to contact & give a mail to resume your. When i call him he told me that your service already resume but in my cell there is no any network/tower shows that. My billing circle going on. 3. After 16th 2016 once again i call back & told him my billing circle goes on so please resume my service he is also telling me that when ever your service resume the billing circle goes on that day.In 19th april 2016 he told me same thing. I also send a email to head-office. My billing circle going on. 4. 20th april 2016 he told me that your amount due last month 515.00 rs. So you pay it as soon as possible. I paid it same day 520 rs. I also send a email to head-office. My billing circle going on. I did not pay any amount. 5. Once again 24 th april 2016 i call him for resuming my service on that day he take my new sim no. Which is[protected] and told me to call after 3 days. When i told him my billing circle going on his reply is same that after service resume new billing circle started. 6.In 29th april 2016, i was forcly told him to resume my no. Today otherwise i don't want it. My billing circle going on his reply is same that after service resume new billing circle started. 7. At last, it was 3rd may 2016 when i receive mobile network/tower/signle in my cell/mobile. The i do the tvp process. About one month i don't take any service for that executive told me your new billing circle starting after tvp. But i was shocked when i got a email on 10th may 2016 for bill amount 687.00 rs. I called customer care for knowing my billing circle & he told me that was started 9th april 2016 to 8th may 2016. I call everywhere for that false bill but no any solution get. At last i was decided to i can't paid any amount for their result 26th may 2016 my outgoing call stopped due to not paying the false bill. And 9th june 2016 another bill was generated which is also 579.00 rs. Sir, it was request to please do some thing for your valuable customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
