[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrong bill provided against number [protected] | |||
Hi I used a reliance postpaid number [protected] with rental plan rs.499. I logged a request for closed this number and paid till dated bill approx. Rs.318. Customer care executive told me that, it’s took 15 days to close properly that number. I received multiple call from reliance with multiple offer with new plans. Lastly i was accepted a plan with rs.50 rental with rs.300 additional cash, means that number was free for 6 month. As per executive there was no any bill due against [protected]. The shocking matter was that they sent me approx. Rs.1200 bill with rs.1000 rental. How it was possible that they generate bill with approx. Rs.1000 rental while i was using rs.499 rental plan.
