Reliance Communications — Wrong bill received | |||
Dear sir/madam I have received a wrong bill of june month as my plan has been changed without intimating me. as my actual plan was 350 but it is changed into 399 without knowing me and my out going facility is also barred because of you. i am facing for it. I already recharged the 3G pack.but net not work.regarding the probleam called to customer care 8-10 time but .they're not talk and not give me proper answer regarding the problem.when I request to talk higher customer associated.they not answering the call after the 10-15 minutes
