Reliance Communications — wrong billing received from Reliance in April,15

I am holding post paid reliance connection for last 11+ years bearing no.[protected]. I have opted for zero plan (Unlimited calls/data/sms etc) by paying Rs.9999/- online for one year in March, 2015. Reliance confirmed receipt of payment & informed that the new plan will be effective from 06.03.15. I have received March bill on 13th March wherein they have mentioned new plan as "RIM-12MAR_ZEROPLAN NW & did not charged calls made from 6th March as per earlier communication. But I was surprised to receive April bill on 13th April wherein they have charged for all the calls made after 14th March till 13th April & raised bill for Rs.2306.00. Inspite of repeated calls & e-mails to reliance customer care, the issue is still not resolved & they have not yet reversed the charges. Reliance customer care informed me over phone that they have taken care of my complain & they have reversed the charges made wrongly (Rs.3560.00) till 24th April. They also confirmed that my present plan is zero plan (as per the payment made by me online) for one year.
But I did not get any written communication to this effect & my account is still showing an outstanding of Rs.3560/-. Reliance customer care informed that this will be reversed in my next bill.
I am keeping my fingers crossed till I get my next bill in May, 15.
I will update the status after receipt of May bill & also give my rating.

Dear Sir,


I have received May bill yesterday AND as I had commented in my earlier post, came true.
I have received bill of Rs.1526.00 for the period of 11th April to 10th May, 15.


Again they have raised wrong bill for May, 15.


Being my plan is " "RIM-12MAR_ZEROPLAN NW " with effect from 6th March, 15 my bill should have been Zero.
But Reliance billing department again made mistake.
The major components of the above bill are monthly rent for above period as Rs.779 & data charges Rs.504.30 which again should be Zero in both cases as per my existing plan.
I have already lodged complain yesterday to their call center through both phone & mail but as usually there is no response till now though commited to resolve the issue within 6 hours (SR NO.[protected].
I request you to resolve the issue immediately once for all as not want to waste my time & energy every month on this issue after paying Rs.9999/- as advance to Reliance communication.

Dear Sir/Madam,


The complain referred above was resolved by Reliance communication on 22nd May, 2015. They informed through SMS that they have reversed Rs.1520.17 against the wrong charges they made in my May, 15 bill.


Thanks to reliance for acting quickly against my complain though it took 8 days from the date of complaint.


My only request to Reliance communication is that they should ensure that I get correct bill from next month (June, 15) which is "ZERO" as per my current subscribed plan.
I have wasted lot of my time & energy towards following up for correction of wrong billing made by reliance during last two months.I hope the same will not be repeated in months to come.
