[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrongly charged in bil for december and january month | |||||
Respected Sir/Madam I am here to lodge complain for wrongly charged in bill by Reliance Communication.I activated Plan - RG_FREEPAID395 in[protected] for delhi circle.As per plan call charge will be same either in home location or roaming location.But now they are charging roaming charges.They charged wrongly in bill december and january month bill.I also lodged complain in reliance customer through verbal communication.My SR no. is[protected].But they still didnt resolve this problem.I have attached december month bill.I highlighted all that portion.Kindly resolve the case.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
