[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Wrongly charged Roaming Charges

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am here to lodge complain for wrongly charged by reliance communications in bill for the month of September 2016 of the amount of Rs.147/- plus service tax @15% on my reliance gsm postpaid number [protected]. I activated plan rg_freepaid 395 in delhi circle. As per plan call charge will be same either in home location or roaming location. But now they are chrarging roaming charges. They charged again roaming wrongly for making call on reliance number [protected], [protected], [protected]. Although call charges for making call on reliance number is free (Unlimited) for whole india either in home location or roaming location.Moreover 900 minutes for call to other number is under this plan also which i didnt used fully in this month.My billing period is[protected] to[protected] but they included call made from 31st august to[protected] also in this billing period and are saying that call charged related to previous month so waiver cant be passed.But how i am able to complain for that amount in previous month the detail of which i dont have.Now i am able to see call charges made from 31 august2016 to[protected] in bill of september month then i complained. Kindly resolve the case as soon as possible. My alternative number is [protected] for communication purpose only.
