[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrongly detected balance from my mobile

Dera Sir/Mam, I am Devendra yadav my Reliance GCM mob.- [protected].I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 250/- and got 250/- as balanced but after some while i had checked my account balanced it was RS. 66 (03- Jun-2015) means to say Rs. 184/- has been detected by reliance without doing any call, SMS and internet. And while i called at there call center they told me balanced has been detected due to GPRS uses but i have remaining 3 MB data Uses of last recharge. So please do need appropriate action against reliance communication. Reliance complaint number[protected]. Thanks Devendra yadav
