This is my first mail which i was send on your Customer care e mail id but no response from there i have again mail on it but also no response.
is this your service if yes then its to disgusting you are cheat us i am very disappointed and i want my internet pack carry forward on my number.

2nd mail send by me on customer care email id ( it's disgusting team why you are not responding on my mail. you think i am fool

resolve my issue on mediate effect. )

I am too disappointed from your service because i am using reliance net-connect CDMA prepaid device and i have recharged this device with Rs 3001 life time 1 gb 3g data per month but as of now your CDMA network in closed so my device is also deactivate.

so i am already bearing a loss of my net connect device
and if you will not carry forward my internet pack of 3001 rs so it will not acceptable

i will not bear my internet pack loss

so its request to you please carry forward my internet pack of 3001 on my 4g sim
