[Resolved] Reliance Data Card — Cdma dongle stopped working without any notice | |||||
My internet connection has stopped working suddenly and after calling to customer care i didn't get any proper response. The staff is very poor in communication and never gives proper resolution. I got to know that due to 4g migrations the internet is not available. This should have been communicated to customers earlier do that we had arranged for back up rather than running into last min issues.. I had my data recharged for 5gb and on roaming location now. This was the only source of net i had and now i have huge loss in terms of my office work or any other work as well. I quickly need to know when the services will be restored and we should be provided with new connection immediately without any additional cost. Since its a decision taken by reliance they should make arrangements that new option is available to customers without walking to reliance stores every time and struggling on calls with customer care. 1. I have already paid for the data which i am not using. I would need that data added in my account or refund the amount 2. I need an active connection immediately at my roaming location as i can't afford to lose my business work. 3. Please have an effective customer care staff calling me to resolve my issue.
