[Resolved] Reliance — Deduction of balance due to unexpected activation of services | |||
I am using reliance prepaid connection since last 4 yrs. I am facing the problm of automated activation o[censored]nwanted services and every month the amount was charged for this services.many time i deactivated and raised the complaint to customer care about this unwanted deduction. at that time they stored the services but after the some time the services will again automatically started. Due to this nt only i lost my balance every time but also pease of mind. i found that everytime making complaints to customer care regarding these issues is not a solutions.
