Prabhu is shouting at us before even knowing the issue...

I was delivered a defective monitor and has requested for a replacement. After accepting the complaint, reliance initiated a return request with Ecom express. When the ecom express guy arrived, he refused to pickup the courier claiming the parcel is too expensive and the request was raised under “no check” i.e. the request was preapproved. I followed up with reliance digital customer care for 6 days to raise the request with another courier...

I got the two products so I want to return one of them.
When I ordered the first one, it showed "Payment Unsuccessful", so I tried again and after a few tries the order was successfully placed.

But after sometime I got a message that my order which was failed on the website, was also getting delivered to me.

It was night at that time so, I accepted both orders but opened only one....

I have placed a order of mobile Moto g31 on July 15 for which delivery date is given on July 18 but I didn't received the order till July 24 so I have placed a cancellation request ...till now I didn't receive a refund, I have lodged a complaint also with reliance digiteam comp no :RR[protected].

Kindly provide the refund as soon as possible..

I have placed a order of Moto g31 on July 15 and delivery date given was July 18 but I didn't received till July 24 so I have placed cancellation request on July 25 ...for which I didn't received the refund yet kindly look into and do the needful...

We purchased laptop from Reliance Digital, Gharda Circle, Dombivli East. Before payment they assured us good service to be provided. However after purchasing we were informed 600rs would be charged as service fee for taking backup of Microsoft office in pendrive. This should be informed before purchase and payment.
