SLA OF RELIANCE DIGITALCUSTOMER SERVICE 1.Registering complaint- 05days 2.Complaints attended-10 days 3.Repairs &amp;installations-43 days 4.Submission of money receipt(although I had paid 4000 in the same day of repair)-6 days &amp; continuing Total-64 days and continuingfor a service. The concerned mechanicwho came for repair was paid Rs 4000 (as per his say) &amp; he (MrArjun)promised to deposit the receipt with me on 31st May’14.Howeveragain 4 days has passed &amp; I am yet to get my receipt against it. Hitherto Ihad paid Rs 2000 and got a receipt of Rs 1800. Now the time has again come towait patiently for the receipt against my pay of another Rs 4000. Even I rangto Mr Soumya (Service manager) today morning(2nd Jun’14) and stillthere are no traces of any receipts or phone calls. Hats up to your servicingdepartment. Has your service personnel’sbeen trained to install the systems during the night hours violating the noisedecibels prescribed by the police department ? 3. Has your service personnel’sbeen trained to install the systems during the night hours climbing abovemultiple floors of the building without any safe gadgets ? Sir, why are you doing allthese ? At least adhere to the principles and ethics of your company‘Reliance’ which is a force to reckon with. Please train your service managersto cultivate professionalism.
