Reliance Digital — getting error 200

Address:Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan

I have recharged 250/- before 5 days but I m getting error 200. And I called 3-4 times to customer care[protected]. But every executive ask you problem solve in 30-60 minutes. But they didn't register my complaint and asked we have transfer Ur call to senior executive but after hold 15 min they disconnect the call.

Even I am facing the same problem. Error 200 for channels ten sports and ten action even when I subscribed to Gold Package. My smartcard number is[protected]. I called the customer service number[protected] times and they told the connection has been refreshed, ill get the reception in 10-15 min but it has not resumed. i asked him to give me the complaint no. but he said we can't register complaint for this issue. I asked them to transfer the call to senior supervisor but after hold 15 min they disconnect the call.
