I purchased a micromax 49 (50k2330uhd) tv on 20 jun 2017 from reliance digital gip noida.. Cin number. U01100mh1999plc120563... Relationship id.. [protected] Delivery was delayed by 24 hours and was delivered on 22 june 17 Installation team reported on 23 jun 17. They found the kit incomplete and left without installing the tv. The items missing were : 1. Wall mounting bracket 2. Table top stand screws 3. Batteries of remote control 4. User manual. Now for a long time there is no response from the store. The following is the response received from the customer service... Dear customer!
