Reliance Digital — no status update | |||
i have a tablet reliance reconnect of 10inch purchased on 08/10/2014, screen damaged because it fell down, i have given tablet to the authorised reliance service station at kilpauk on 27/10/2014, but no update from the service center, when i called service station, "bangalore head office not picking up the phone" is the answer from service station. kilpauk service people blaming bangalore people, no update status for my tablet. what to do next? kindly guide me, can i approach consumer court.
