Sir, I had made a complaint on 07 May 2107 about non-delivery of the Samsung Washing machine that was booked by me and paid in full on 05/05/17 at Reliance Digital in Brookfields Mall Coimbatore. C#60359914 But have got no reply from customer support till date. After having bought the item I was called on phone after I exited the mall and was told that the item cannot be billed for their own reasons, but when they sold it they told me that it is the last piece of the Model TLWA 65K4000HD and gave a discount of 6% But why was the item denied after having sold, Cash Memo- Retail Invoice given ?
