Reliance Digital — Not installing AC on Tuesday, ie.26-May-2015, as committed by Sales staff

Hi, As committed by Sales staff on Sunday 24th May'15 that delivery will be done on Monday and installation on Tuesday 26-May-2015. Since today morning they are saying that the same will be delivered by eod today, but till now (at 8.45 pm) the unit has not been delivered to my house and don't know when can it be installed. Reliance service is very very poor.Talking to 3 different persons in three times at toll free no.[protected], now I got the complaint no. [protected]. If this is the service level at the beginning of the purchase of Product, i wonder how you guys will commit and honor the expected customers demand.
