[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Reliance Jiofi | |||
I have bought a reliance Jiofi device on 4th September 2016 at Reliance Digital store in Dombivli East after paying 1999. My ekyc was done by store staff immediately and I received acknowledgment of the same in 10 mins. I was told the next step is receiving a tele verification message which till date I have not received. I tried calling their customer number[protected] but afte 35 tries I got through to be informed that my televerification was pending. I am still waiting and feel terribly cheated. I have had great apprehensions of Reliance as my earlier connection was with Reliance and the customer service sucked. I thought this will be different but looks like this is another money making scheme. Reliance Jio has to activate those connections who have paid upfront which they are not doing. I hear they are giving preference to mobiles bought from them, which is cheating. I have stopped my friends from getting a Jio connection till this matter is solved. Reading so many similar complaints I feel others need to be forewarned. Was this information helpful? | |||
