[Resolved] Reliance Digital — requested for ac service on 24th but no one turned up till 1st may | |||
Hi all, I have been facing a lot of issues, i purchased a hitachi ac from reliance digital v3s mall nd also purchased a resq plan from them only i have been calling the customer support from 24th april for the service they said they will take care with in 24 hours but now today is 1 st may i have neither recieved any call nor there has been any technician allocated, Its too hot in delhi nd i have a small kid because of him we had purchased the ac i have called the customer support most of the time number is busy nd when you get connected there is a same script we have higlighted this concern our manager will call you nd everything will be aorted out nd i mmhearing the same thing from last 4 days, when i ask them to connect to there manager they simly say they cant or manager is busy on another call he will call you but when you fight nd ask to get connected they put you on long hd for more then 30 minutes so that you simply disconnect the call.. Now i am frustrated badly i tried calling the number provided by v3s mall location in google but it says wrong number.. Please help me i have sent a mail to them Too but no response till now.
