[Resolved] Reliance Digital — ResQ Care plan repair delay | |||||
Hi, i bought a dell laptop from reliance digital and as suggested got resq device extended warranty (Care plan). Now within the covered period harddrive failed. I sent it for repair. I was promised repair by 10th august 2016. When i went to the service center on 10th august i was told that due to some financial situation staff was not working. Now they are also not taking our calls. Please get something done about it Resq job reference: [protected] Presently i have a feeling that reliance is just ripping off people through resq they dont provide proper support as they should.
