Reliance Energy — for direction place at my premises and no action taken till today despite having done 4 separate complaints

We have a fire incident in my society premises. After that i have made 4 different complaints and my personal had visited samta nagar reliance office and met vishal chaudhary. He denied to take any action. I was advised to take necessary tapping of the cable from reliance side by them but no personal has visited so far. Who will take responsibility if fire took place in near future. My consumer no is[protected]
