Reliance Energy — inaccurate metering reading

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400066

I am raising this complaint as i think the metering reading was not taken for this month. We were out of town from 6th may to 14th may besides this the bill we recieved is almost same as last month's bill. I guess the bill units were repeated.

Kindly check if there is anything which can be done to resolve the issue.

It will be helpful if we get a small notification once the reading is done for every month.

I have been wrongly charged very high billing amoun and i claim for its refund, as well very very bad customer support, since long i am not able to talk with Reliance executives, very very bad experience
