Reliance Energy — theft in the meter line | |||
I have made multiple calls to reliance energy toll-free. Firstly they never pick up the phone. They come with an ivr, all the customer executive are busy and simply cut the phone. When you connect to them. They ask for an account no which i gave[protected]. Gave him all the details. After knowing all the facts he asks for the name of the person who is stealing the line from your meter. Useless. If i know all the details of the extra wire going in the meter i would have removed myself. Also if i am legally not allowed to open the meter then i need to make a call to reliance to which they are not at all responsive. I am tired of this procedure and paying bomb bill of 30l per month without any reason. I need them to check and solve this matter.
