[Resolved] Reliance — Extremely poor customer support in reliance, worst and pathetic | |||
Hi, This is my third day with new reliance installtion broadband connection. I would like to share my feedback with reliance. 1) I Paid 1.6K for new installation setup (18/7/2014) to the vendor who promised to setup within 2 days, but actually I got the setup after a week (26/7/2014). After I called him over 100's of times to update, extremely poor customer support. (his name is venkatesh - Cell [protected]) 2) When the setup was completed it worked for a day the speed was pathetic (400Kbps) where as I paid for 2Mbps speed. He told me it will take 24hrs to update in system. 3) I waited for two days for the speed to improve. Now the entire line is dead. I cannot make calls or connect to the internet.Extremely pathetic!!!
