Reliance Footprint — Poor service on refund of doubly deducted amount

I have purchased one shoe from reliance footprint, rourkela, orissa on 11/10/16 amounting to rs.1113/-. At the time of swapping my credit card, the transaction declined though i have shown the bank msg received on deduction to the store person. He confirmed that the deducted amount will be refunded within 24 hrs and asked me to pay in cash. Relying on his words, i paid in cash and waited for the reversal.
Now the story begins, i have paid the amount in cash and post 48hrs contacted my bank icici on the subjected transaction. The bank authority has confirmed me about the successful transaction made at reliance footprint via transaction id. When i enquired at store about the same they asked me for the statement where it is reflecting the deduction. I have provided the screen shot with proper transactions made from my account. The store authority remain silent and no response from their end till 22nd. When i again tried to contact and asked about my refund they said they have forwarded their mail and wait till 23rd. Post 23rd again after not getting any response from their end, again contacted at store where they confirmed that unless i provide them whole month bank statement they can't proceed any thing.
After 15days of transaction when i heard this, it was really shocking. Why a customer will provide her bank privacy in public forum??? None of the company asks for the same. When i escalated the same to the asm of the location, he said the same words and advised me to escalate it any forum i like. They can't do anything.
Are we really serving customer??
