Reliance — Forcing to pay for the cancelled data card for which it is deactivated already | |||
Old Data card Customer Number : [protected] We have paid final amount of Rs.1214 on 01/09/2015 19:35. And I have also registered to cancel and deactivate the datacard since July 2015 i am not using the datacard. The SR number is :[protected]. Executive from Reliance called and confirmed to deactivate and close the request. Now they are calling and asking to pay balance amount Rs. 695 this is totally cheating the customer. I am currently also using the same reliance netconnect. If you are such a big reliable communication why you are cheating the customer. The SR number[protected] also has been confirmed as closed and message has been received in my mobile and some executive also spoke regarding the same for stopping and deactivating the datacard. Consider and take necessary action and avoid calling to pay amount which has already been initiated and closed. Our's is hard earned money you don't threaten and get our money.
