[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Unpleasant Experience at Reliance Smart Store - Urgent Attention Required

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply distressing incident that occurred at your Reliance Smart store located at Golimar Garden, Jaipur Mall, Amber Road, Near, Ramgarh Road, J.D, A Market, Jaipur on 12/18/2023.

On the mentioned date, my sister and mother visited your store to make a purchase. However, their shopping experience turned into a nightmare when, upon exiting the store after completing their transactions, a staff member (a young man) accused them of stealing two cream box . Despite a thorough check that revealed no stolen items, the staff persisted in accusing them and went so far as to insinuate that my sister and mother were hiding the alleged stolen items.

To make matters worse, when my mother suggested checking the store's CCTV footage and anti-theft alarm at the front door, they were informed that both systems were broken. The situation escalated into a disrespectful and rude confrontation. The staff not only failed to apologize for their baseless accusations but also behaved in an unprofessional manner, causing immense distress to my family.

This is not an isolated incident. I have personally experienced issues at the same store, such as missing clothing tags and unhelpful staff. On a previous visit, I was told to locate the tags myself when I inquired about the missing labels on certain items. Additionally, the shelves are consistently messy, making it difficult to shop comfortably.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the lack of proper security measures in place. It was disconcerting to learn that the CCTV and anti-theft alarm systems were not functioning, compromising the safety and security of customers. The behavior of the staff, particularly the monitoring of my mother and sister, raises serious questions about customer safety and privacy.

Lastly, I must mention that the store manager, who is expected to set an example for the staff, exhibited a disappointing level of rudeness and spoke in an uneducated manner during this incident.
