Reliance — Full talktime promotional balance of no use on roaming

I have faced the same problem as by many customers. did online recharge of full talk time promotional balance of Rs 65 which I realized later that cannot be used on roaming, now what am I supposed to do my 65 rupees are wasted??. kindly do something to either refund it or transfer as main balance. this is really disappointing to not let the customer about such policy. please take steps to resolve my matter.
