[Resolved]  Reliance Global Call — Fraudulent calls from my registered #

Due to inability of Reliance Global Call to protect their systems, someone has hacked into my account, and have made fradulent calls that Reliance's systems were unable to catch.

Calls were made from SAME NUMBER at SAME TIME to DIFFERENT destinations. How is that even possible?

Look at the example highlighted calls in the attachment, they are made at same time and also other calls overlap each other.

I called customer service number and the "supervisor" said they can't do anything since Called From number is my registered #. How can someone make two calls from same number? and he basically ignored me.

Please look at the attached transaction history, and please provide refund to my account in the amount o[censored]S$ 33.54

My pinless dialing and auto recharge has been disabled, and would like to know when I can enable that after my refund gets processed.

Please let me know when the refund will be processed, else I will be forced to complaint in BBB in US and launch a formal criminal investigation using my lawyers in India.

The company called me over period of 48 to 56 hours to tell me someone will call me within 24 hours. Although I am now able to login as the account has been re-activated, I have not tried to call anyone yet. Also I am now being asked to use PIN Full dialling, which is now an ADDED INCONVENIENCE for the elderly who use it to dial back home. Closing the issue for now although NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the resolution and compensation provided.

Instead of resolving my issue, they keep asking me contact details and registered number, which has been clearly supplied over 5 different emails.
My account has now been disabled after saying it will be reactivated in 24 hours after the issue has been resolved.
It is now 5 days after that.
So the issue started on March 3rd. After multiple frustrated calls, finally I got email on March 12 stating my account is now reactivated and refunded for fradulent calls.
But still no word on any compensation for inconvenience caused and expensive phone calls I had to make to India within this time.

THANK YOU RELIANCE GLOBAL CALL FOR OUTSTANDING (/sarcasm/) SUPPORT.
I will close this issue now.
