[Resolved] Reliance Global Call — Recharge not updated | |||
I have recharged with Reliance Global Call for Rs 300.00 (Rupees Three Hundred only ) on 15th Nov 2012 and till date my recharge has not been updated. I have snet complaint by mail to customercare of Reliance Global call and informed them that I had received and SMS and also a mail (from the credit card company Kotak Mahindra Bank (VISA) that the amount has been paid into Relaince infocomm account on 15th Nov 2012. I had called their toll free line and complained thrice, they have said every time that the amount will be re-credited into my Credit Card account in an hour. Till date neither has my account recharged nor has the money paid by credit card refunded. For a company like Reliance Infocomm this is quite embarrassing and hope yourselves will take upon this complaint and do the needful.
