Reliance Gsm — 385 rs balance and 8 gb data deduction at once. Giving no proper reason
I have a Reliance number [protected]. On 19 June 2016 it had 385 Rs balance and 10 GB 2g data. On 20 June in the morning I found my main balance ZERO and data balance ZERO. I checked the statistics of my internet usage, it was only 2 GB. I emailed the customer care but got no reply from their side. I called the customer care and he told that I have used all the data. I asked him to transfer the call to a senior executive. After waiting for 47 minutes the call was finally transferred to someone. I asked him about the deduction. He said he doesn't know and asked me to call after 2 hours. I asked for the refrence id but he refused to give it. He said I can do whatever I want. I request a refund of my data as well as main account balance. Was this information helpful?
