Reliance Gsm — Balance deduction | |||
My Reliance GSM having number [protected] is use for 3G Internet and messaging only, Reliance is charging thrice as "Amount Charged for VAS Evolve Subscription Rs:5.00" AND ANOTHER SERVICE FOR RS 1, which I never subscribe any VAS since my connection. I tried STOP at 121, it response "Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs." and MYVAS at 55333, it also response as "Dear Subscriber, you have no VAS packs currently." Please rectify the problem, I'm looking forward to your valuable consideration and quick resolve of my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am reliance gsm user, SIM-[protected] and [protected], often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced again and again and on enquiry from customer care, The response is unsatisfactory, many time i register my complaints but every time result is the same.
there is a continuous messaging of deducting balance by activating many services automatically.
So kindly take some strict action against this and try refund my all balance soon.
