[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Balance deducting for VAS Services without activated any VAServices | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I Jan Reddy, having number [protected], Reliance is deducting my balance without activate VAS USSD Services, VAS Sftfmts STalk, ShotformatsGSM, Hungama GSM, and ETC.., How could the all these subscriptions activated automatically. Kindly deactivate VAS Services from my phone. From last week onwards my balance deducting around 26 Rs details are 18/09/15 charged VAS shtfmts STalk Pack Rs 5.00, 20/09/15 charged VAS ShotformatsGSM Rs 5, 24/09/15 charged VAS Hungama Rs 1, 01/10/15 charged VAS Shtfmts STalk Rs 5 and 03.10.2015 Charged VAS Shtfmts STalk Rs 5.00, 06.10.2015 charged for VAS ShotformatsGSM Rs 5. same above said issue is with mine numbers also of reliance [protected], [protected], [protected], balances has been deducted from my account everyday for various vas services as i have not opted for any vas service.moreover i have given request for port of number as everyday i m not interested in doing charity to relaince.
