[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Complaint not resolved and harassing customer | |||
The reliance customer care has been just harassing me with their own fault. I have talked to them at least 30 times but still, there is no positive result from their side.My complaint was regarding main balance deduction on accessing the internet, inspite of 40.86 MB available in my data balance. My complaint no. is[protected].I had complained on 25/10/2014 and it was said that it takes 48 hours for resolution but it has still not got resolved. Now, on 28/10/2014 at 02:23 AM, I have received a text saying the complaint has been resolved, but the problem has still not resolved, neither have I got any refund. I have called customer care after this message 5 times, but the executives are transferring the call from one person to the other and none of them registered my complaint.
