Reliance Gsm — Complaint not resolved in 3 days

I have complained about my deduction from main account balance for internet usage, while I have the data pack available in my number. The refund has not been granted in 3 days, while it was promised to be resolved within 48 hours. My complaint number:[protected] Date of Complaint: 25/10/2014 Time of complaint: 01:15 am I have called the customer care for 20 times and still they are answering me that there is technical error due to which they cannot check the details.
