[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Continuous balance deduction and irresponsible costumer care | |||
Hi, I am facing some serious issue with reliance gsm services. you guys have activated AD PAY services last month which was unwanted and not applied. 45 rs were deducted from my balance. even after talking customer care they refuse the refund and then i asked for deactivation of the service but again rs 45 were deducted yesterday from my balance for the same service. Customer care is so irresponsible that i cant even reach them from any provided phone no. now be it 198 or 30333333. a total of 90 Rs is not a small amount for useless and not applied services. even though i am a loyal customer of reliance from last 7 yrs but now i am loosing faith in their services where people who are there to help you dont even want to listen your problem and just know how to deduct money. if this problem will not solve and i ll not get refund in few days, i am forced to change my connection. my No. is [protected] Thanks Manoj kumawat Was this information helpful? | |||
