Reliance Gsm — Deactivation of SIM card

Updated by Jishnupreet Dear Sir, I m Ratan Kr Dhar, due to some personal cause, I didnt use my sim([protected]) for the past few months. But, I have been recharging periodically for last 6 years and last recharged on 15/10/2015 (less than 3 months). Today I m stranged after seeing that my sim card([protected]) is showing as invalid sim. How cum is it possible? Plz help me out. In this regard, in August 2014 company resolved my another case which is not connected with this complant.

Updated by Jishnupreet Dear Sir, Today (12/01/2016) at 04-32pm, from Phone no. +[protected] a lady from Reliance told me that cause of deactivate was 2G sim ([protected]), now it would be converted to 3G. Accordingly, I have to recharge for Rs. 11/- and automatically the same(converted to 3G) would be activated. As per provider advice, I have recharged for Rs.11/- today at 07-32pm and the payment made successfully to Reliance a/c, but I am sorry to say till the network of my sim invalid(deactivated).
